More About Coach John

I Worked at Rowan University with the strength staff for a year and the past 5 years as a strength and conditioning coach at a private gym. I work with kids as a young as 7 years old all the way through college. I also train non athletes as young as high school up to 70 years old.

I played College football at Rowan University. I played running back there. I started for 2 years and returned punts and kicks as a sophomore. earning all Conference for running back as a senior

I work on everything from. Speed, Plyometrics, agility, balance, power, balance, strength. Depending on the sport and needs of the athlete and how many days you would come. I would do a speed and upper body session. Or a plyometrics and lower Body session.
