I have experience coaching Defensive Line, Offensive Line, Linebackers, Tight ends, Safeties, Kickers, Punters and Snappers. I have coached college football for 38 years at various levels, including, FBS, FCS and NCAA Division 2.
During my time as a college coach, I coached 31 NFL draft picks, 7 All Americans, 2 conference players of the year, and numerous all conference players. I played defensive line at the University of Pittsburgh, where I lettered four years.
Each session is designed to for each position specifically, and consist of 3 phases, for one participant and 4 phases for more than one participant.
1) 1 Participant: a. Warm up: Stretch, agility and light conditioning b. Position specific drills c. Cool down and instruction
2) Multiple Participants: a. Warm up: Stretch, agility and light conditioning b. Position specific drills c. Competition d. Cool down and instruction
