High School- 3 year varsity letterman all area all conference honorable mention all metro player averaged 7.5 tackles and 1 sack a game
College- played 1 year of junior college preseason all American averaged 5 tackles a game 1 sack
AIFL- 8 tackles 2 sacks a game . Led league in sacks first 4 weeks of season until injury .
Expect to get a full body workout with weights and weighted vest. Also working on agility with ladder and numerous fast twitch workouts ending with some days of working on endurance and training body how to last for 4 quarters. Occasional lifts in gym of time or money permits.
