More About Coach Johnathan

John Coleman is a sports performance coach with certifications through EXOS and The National Sports Performance Association. He earned a bachelors degree from Boston College (‘13) where he played Division I football at the wide receiver position for 4 years.

Training athletes since 2013, John has helped numerous athletes and gym enthusiast become better versions of themselves via strength, speed, and agility training with a focus on injury prevention.

Great first training session with Coach Jonathan, I like that he measure a baseline so we can validate improvement towards the goals.

As an athlete, it is hard to find a trainer better than John. I have worked out at many different facilities with numerous different trainers and none of them compete with what John has to offer. His primary concern was to better me as an athlete, not just as a baseball player. Johns workout program is as close to a college level lifting workout as you can find around here. On top of the workouts and the programs, John is just flat out a good dude. He keeps the sessions loose while still maintaining the goal of getting after it. He is a great guy to talk to as well. He has a lot of life advice that he can share. Whether it is tips on how to deal with adversity at the next level or explain what kind of mindset I should have, John is more than a trainer or coach. Having John Coleman (Uncle John) work with my 11yr. old son, Christian, over the last 24 months has made him become a better conditioned and focused athlete. My experience with John has been phenomenal to say the least. John has given me the best strength and speed training I have ever received. My development over the past year within his program has been essential to my success in high school and college sports so far. My body not only has gained size, muscle, and explosiveness, but my body is feeling the best it ever has felt and injuries are a thing of the past for me since I have been with him. Needless to say John’s training ability is second to none not only in this area, but for any trainer I have ever seen. Beyond his training abilities, John cares more about his athletes than any trainer I could imagine.
