Over the last 15 years in the sports performance and conditioning industry I have been fine tuning the skills necessary to develop innovative sports performance, athletic rehabilitation and athlete development programs that get results. My experiences working with Olympic, professional and amateur athletes of all ages has given me the means to maximize the athletic ability of any individual who strives for peak performance.

In addition to my formal education in Exercise Science and Psychology, I have experience as an Athletic Director, Sports Performance Director and Clinical Director for multiple sports facilities. In the past 3 years I have been working on the science of movement and the art of coaching but my passion of sport science innovation with education and training is fueling my desire to return to coaching where I can focus on sports performance and optimal human function.

I work well both one-on-one and with teams of athletes, fellow coaches and health professionals.

If you want to be a better athlete, get a specialized program to improve your athletic ability in any sport then try out a high intensity, energizing sport specific workout with me. Sessions will include dynamic warm-up, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, speed, agility, flexibility and specific exercises and drills that will improve your sport performance.

Personally, I was a collegiate soccer player with a competitive background in football, basketball, volleyball and track.
As a coach, I have worked with 2 Olympic gold medalists, a NFL Pro Bowler, a Heisman finalist and many other professional athletes from various sports. I have also trained over 50 high school athletes who have gone on to compete in division one schools. If your goal is to improve your athletic ability, from speed training to injury prevention then I can help you excel in your sport.

All athletes will go through a dynamic warm-up followed by a series of exercises that improve athleticism followed by some sport specific and preventative exercises. Athletes can also choose to go through an athletic assessment to help pinpoint areas of athletic strengths and opportunities.
