More About Coach Joel
I have 3+ years of experience coaching at a high school level. I coach at Timber Creek HS, as a three-sport coach. Head Coach for indoor track, assistant girls coach for outdoor track and assistant boys coach for football. I typically work with grades 9-12 but willing to go as low as 7th.
I was an all-around athlete in HS, in football I was first team all-conference my last two years. My junior year I went to states for long jump and triple Jump. My personal bests were 20ft 10inch for long jump and 43 ft 10inch for triple. I went to college for football and played for Delaware Valley and Rowan University. Won the MAC championship first year at Del Val.
So, depending on what the client wants to specifically work on, my training will consist of speed, field work, and weight training with technical and mechanics training implicated as well. We will be doing track workouts, longer sprint days and short sprint days. On field days we will be working plyos, sled, parachutes, also grass days are used for recovery days. & weightroom will consist of Olympic lifts, plyos, and band work.

Coach B (Testimonial)
Coach Joel helped bring the culture back to Timber Creek Track & Field through discipline, consistency, and athlete development. His athletes bought into his training philosophy, including speed work, plyometrics, weight room development, and technical drills, leading to major breakthroughs across multiple events. Under his coaching, a freshman girl ran 12.37 in the 100m, 25.2 in the 200m, and 1:00 in the 400m, while a freshman boy reached 11.2 in the 100m, 22.5 in the 200m, and 53 seconds in the 400m. Another sophomore athlete developed into a 49.9 split 400m runner with marks of 22.9 in the 200m and 11.4 in the 100m. Coach Joel emphasizes accountability, coachability, and hard work while building confident, competitive athletes on and off the track.
