More About Coach Joe

I am a former college baseball player and baseball coach who is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. I am the NJ State director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have worked with several athletes in various sports to improve their performance. I know I can help you bring your game to the next level. I played baseball in college but since then I have been working at helping other athletes achieve their goals. My own athletic achievements have included the 2011 Baltimore marathon, 2010 Baltimore Half-Marathon, 2009 Jersey City Half Marathon, 2012 NYC Marathon (almost), 2013 NYC marathon in November, Warrior Dash, and too many 5k's to count. I have since teamed with Inception Sports Performance to help people reach their goals faster than they ever dreamed.

The first session will consist of filling out a questioner to asses the clients goals and current training status. Then I will take the client through a modified functional movement scree to determine if he or she has any physical limitations or weaknesses. After assessing the client I will provide a detailed plan to help the athlete reach his or her goals
