More About Coach Joe
As a certified strength and conditioning specialist as accredited by the NSCA and a masters degree in Strength & Conditioning (Springfield College), I bring a wealth of experience, most recently working as a strength coach at Williston Northampton School which competes in the NEPSAC and in the private sector with both youth and professional athletes. Having completed internships at the collegiate level in division 1 (Fordham University) and division 3 (Trinity College and Springfield College), I know what it takes to help athletes reach the next level in their careers. I take pride in elite level programming and the ability to connect with the athletes I work with.
Played college basketball at Trinity College where I served as captain my senior year and played a graduate year at Springfield College while I was completing my masters degree.
I use evidence based programming to make individualized programming to get the most of my athletes. Sessions depend on the time of year and the athletes goals.
