Over 10 years of coaching and training of athletes ages 8-20. I have experience coaching D1 level athletes at the International/National level in functional training, as well as training young adults strength and conditioning/functional training at Nike camps. NASM Group Personal Training Specialist and have worked with many elite athletes looking to reach their peak potential.

I am an ALL-AMERICAN D1 swimmer from The Ohio State University, MVP, Team Captain. Swimming National record holder 200 IM & 3x MA State record holder. Queen Silver Jubilee Silver Medalist.
NASM Group Training Specialist-

Functional dynamic warm up to get heart rate up and to work muscles for next phase of training. After initial assessment, we will work each step of your program- including stability and balance to strength and power after mastering technique in each step of the process. Technique is of the utmost and it continues to be assessed throughout the athletes functional movements. Multi-planar movements added from base...ex..planks to uneven planks to knee-elbow connection. Circuit training (timed or reps) , Tabata and Hiit as variety. Always utilizing the NASM Model to achieve optimum results. Encourage sport specific athletes to cross train to strengthen and protect from overuse injuries.
Following functional strength warm up,
create optimal holistic swim specific training for each individual.
