Client Reviews

Excellent and knowledgeable coach. The time in the pool built towards something that could be seen. He knows his stuff.

Coach Jim has been great! In just a few sessions my son had huge improvements. We would be continuing long term if he were not moving!!

Coach Jim was an excellent instructor that makes the process fun. He is patient, insightful, and thoughtful. The focus was on foundational skills to build a swimming base, ultimately allowing progression as one practices on their own even after the lessons are over. Coach Jim provides the tools to build confidence over time. He is an excellent ambassador for the life skill of swimming.

We consider swim lessons an important investment for our kids, as it's a crucial life skill to learn. Jim's patience, encouragement and expertise are the perfect combination to help young swimmers cultivate their confidence and skill in and around the water. My kids looked forward to learning from Jim and demonstrating their progress each week. We are so happy we found Jim and highly recommend him. He's a fantastic swim instructor and mentor.
We have been doing swim lessons with Jim for a few years now, he has built a great relationship with our family and has even lifeguarded for some of our birthday parties too. Jim does a great job of balancing learning and having fun - would highly recommend for families with younger kids who may not want to do big group swim lessons at country clubs.
Jim always shows up with a good, positive attitude and is always ready to work. He will always be the first to help in anyway he can and ask questions if there is something he does not understand. Solid swimmer and easy-going personality.
Jim does a phenomenal job of communicating with others to help them understand what they need to improve on with each of their strokes. Jim helped me improve all four strokes to where I was able to compete in an individual medley relay successfully.
