-Typical session starts out by focusing but limited to, warming up and activating the shoulders and hips so that they are functionally ready for all ranges of motion in a work out.
-Followed by specific types of plyometrics to engage the individuals fast-twitch muscle fibers needed to develop Anaerobic Energy System (Strength and Conditioning).
-Individual programming is created and progressively developed based on the person(s) wants and needs, capabilities and potential. Typically to become better conditioned and to peak strengthening and movement, movement exercises and lifts are compounded or grouped together. This will help the athlete feel the need to push themselves further just like they will in their specific sport.
-Cool down stretching.

Experience in football, basketball, track, karate. All my athletic experience has helped shape my coaching and training philosophy to analyze and correct mechanical movement where it is learning how to run, jump, change directions, squat, bench, etc. Enhanced mechanical corrections means more nueromuscular development for increased performance and less injuries to keep you away from playing the game and enjoying life.

Variable to change with each client depending on needs:
-flexibility/stability movement warm up for proper muscle activation and injury prevention
-various level so plyometrics from body weight, to resistance cords to, medicine balls (more of this it is an athlete needing mostly SPARQ training).
-olympic/power lifting with modifications and variations depending on client. as well as periodized compound strength and conditioning circuits.
