More About Coach Jess
I have worked with athletes in both the private and collegiate setting for the past 5+ years. Currently, I work as a Sports Performance Coach at Menlo College in Atherton, CA. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and I also hold a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification. I am open and able to train athletes of all ages, sports, and skill levels.
Awarded Scholar Athlete while playing football for Deer Valley High School. Mentored by former NFL athlete, Anthony Trucks and former Division I Football Player and award-winning Nike Master Trainer, Brian Nunez.
Athletes will enhance their physical and mental skills through strength training, speed and agility, and conditioning. Training can be conducted in the weight room to develop strength and power, while efficiently learning fundamental movements used in the weight room. Athletes can also train on the practice field/court to develop sport and position specific speed and agility movement skills. Overall athleticism will be enhanced, thus improving performance in sport.
