Personal training certification AAAI/ISSA. Was college track and field team captain. Train current D1 athlete for tennis and hockey. Train former D1 athlete in soccer. Coached track and field as well as cross country at the middle school/high school level for two years. Have worked as a running coach for 4 years for various road races. Work with all ages and fitness levels.

6X NCAA track and field All-American. 6 school records. One conference record in the 200m dash. 2012 WNPF world champion powerlifter. 2018 Gustavus Adolphus College Hall of Fame inductee.

I first work with a client to identify their goals and assess the ability to achieve them based on their strengths and weakness. We then work on those strengths through strength training and technique drills.

In respect to what an individual session looks like. We would start with specific balance and warm-up drills designed to warm-up the specific muscle groups we will for the day. We will then strengthen your muscles while working on your balance with a functional training routine which may consist of weight training, resistance training with a TRX training system, or resistance bands. We will then end with a cool down and a personalized stretch which may involve myofascial releases and restorative techniques.
