I have been coaching for 5 years now. Currently, I coach at a High School that is situated outside of the city of Philadelphia. This past year the High School I coached at produced 5 state medalists. I have the ability to coach all age groups. However, I mainly work with ages 13-18 years old.

High School: 3x All-American, U.S. #2 400h, Multiple state medalists.
Collegiate: 3x All-American, 2012 Olympic Trials, 2011 USA Outdoor Championships (400h)
Professional (Elite Athlete) for 2 years (Specialty: Sprints & Hurdles)

1. Meet and Greet.
2. Access the situation (experience of athlete, level of athlete, plans, goals, etc.)
3. Learn what type of athlete the client is, and what type of learner the client is.
4. Drills and techniques will be practiced and applied to various situation (event-based).
5. Discuss take-aways of the session.
6. Suggest equipment that will help continue and perfect technique learned while at home.
