More About Coach Jenn
I have extensive experience coaching athletes, particularly runners, with a focus on women aged 20-60. My coaching integrates running-specific training plans with complementary practices like yoga, which I tailor to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. I have worked with athletes at various levels, from high school runners to recreational and competitive adult athletes, ensuring their training is aligned with their individual goals and needs.
All my coaching is conducted online, utilizing a professional platform to deliver customized training plans and maintain clear communication with my clients. This allows me to provide a highly personalized approach regardless of location.
I hold multiple industry certifications, including being a UESCA-certified run coach, NASM-certified personal trainer, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hours). Additionally, my background as a licensed clinical therapist equips me to support clients' mental and emotional well-being alongside their physical training.
I played Division 3 collegiate soccer at Misericordia University, where I was honored to serve as team captain for two years. During my time there, I was named First Team All-Conference for two consecutive seasons and received the MVP award, recognizing my contributions and leadership on the field.
In addition to my soccer achievements, I have transitioned to endurance sports and have successfully completed multiple half marathons and a full marathon. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into both team-based and individual athletic disciplines, which I bring to my coaching practice.
When working with me, athletes can expect a highly personalized experience. I begin by meeting each athlete where they are in their fitness journey, understanding their current abilities, goals, and any potential challenges. If appropriate, we’ll conduct assessments to establish baseline metrics and determine specific training paces.
From there, I design an individualized training plan that is updated weekly based on their progress and feedback. Each plan integrates running workouts tailored to their goals, such as endurance, speed, or recovery, alongside complementary yoga practices to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
During a typical session, if it’s a yoga class or a virtual consultation, the focus is on alignment, breathing, and exercises that support their running mechanics and mental clarity. If it’s a running-focused session, we might emphasize specific drills, such as strides for form, intervals for speed, or hill work for strength.
Overall, my approach is holistic, ensuring athletes develop not only physically but also mentally and emotionally as they work toward their goals.

Client Reviews
Sarah-Marathon Runner (Testimonial)
I struggled with recurring injuries, including IT band syndrome and tight hamstrings. I would always feel stiff and fatigued, which impacted my performance and enjoyment of running. At the recommendation of Jenn, I started incorporating 20-minute yoga sessions into my daily routine. These sessions focused on dynamic stretches for hip mobility, hamstring flexibility, and core strength, along with deep breathing exercises for recovery. After a few months my IT band issues resolved and I feel more balanced and aligned!
Julie (Testimonial)
Before working with Jenn, it was frustrating and confusing trying to figure out how to get back to my past running and/or even better. Jenn showed me how to train properly, ways to strengthen the body, and most importantly she showed me how to properly stretch in ways that have truly improved me in lots of ways! Jenn took the time to do online yoga classes with me which was much needed. She was extremely kind and understanding. She really listened to what I had to say about my body and really worked out an amazing plan for me over the summer which showed because I PR'd in my sophomore year of high school for XC.
