More About Coach Jeffrey
I’ve coached at the collegiate and high school levels. I’ve also coached travel ball. I find most of my individual training has the most impact on players development and therefore that is my focus. I’ve been training with players for more than 10 years.
I competed at the collegiate level for a brief period due to an injury. My most prized accomplishment in sports was an unexpected award I received for integrity. I’ve had many highlights, none better than an award given for giving your heart to the game.
My sessions mostly consist of proper movement patterns and overall body maintenance. I will perform almost all of the exercises with the athlete and provide demonstration. Any drill that will implemented will be explained. Athletes can expect homework. If homework isn’t done you will not get another session.
