I played offensive line for San Francisco 49ers after being drafted in the 2nd round of the 1987 NFL draft. I was a two-time consensus All-American at USC, both athletically and academically. I won many awards and was honored for my football accomplishments. I played on two Super Bowl teams in the late 80s with the 49ers. Now I'll share my success with you!
Dynamic warm-up and stretch, build core objectives, weight training and/or track work with interval training, and then build fundamentals of line play for football!!!
