Attended Serra High school in San Diego, CA where I earned all Eastern League as a senior. Earned a scholarship and played at Arizona State in the early 90’s where I earned all PAC 10 honors and where I started for three years. Drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 95 where I was credited three seasons.

Evaluate players agility and basic fundamentals. Work to improve footwork and hand placement through drills, reviewing blocking schemes and game time scenarios. Focus on technique while getting the player familiar with different defenses and pass protections. Also develops strategies to improve the players ability to identify different blitzes and explain and interpret game film and why scouting opponents are essential in preparation. I mainly focus on offensive line development.
