Qualified as an E-RYT-200 (2000 hours teaching) with yoga alliance. Have been teaching in yoga shala's overseas, yoga studio's, fitness centers and five star resorts in south beach. I also have lead several yoga teacher training's, and have recently started my own yoga teacher training school. Sacred Voyage Yoga. I have recently finished another training in Tampa (100 hour intensive ashtanga yoga). I have several private yoga students, many located in Buckhead GA.
I own a yoga teacher training school, and have taught over 3000 hours. This knowledge is vast and comprehensive. I began with a 200 hour yoga alliance, which was in the Patagonia Mountains of Argentina. Just after graduation, I went on teach in Guatemala, at a hotel in the majestic town of San Marcos. After this, I started leading yoga teacher training courses, and finally made my way back to the US. Now, I have started my own yoga teacher training course, and in between these, I teach private yoga lessons and workshops at yoga studios.
I work at any level, as I am personally trained at all levels. From beginners to advanced, my training can adapt to any skill level. With beginners I take them through a gentle Hatha yoga session, then spend time explaining alignment and how to self study and practice. I then build a comprehensive program allowing them to achieve their respective goals in a time period that fits the individual. This goal is not predetermined, it simply depends on the goal of each client.
