More About Coach Jazzi
I am currently a Performance Coach. I train athletes of all sports - soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, etc. I train athletes from the high school level and above. I tune into what each athlete wants to improve on and we focus on this area. My favorite part about training athletes is their level of dedication to get themselves to the next level!
I was a Division II Basketball player my entire college career. As a player, I won multiple Most Valuable awards, Most Inspirational awards, and have been the Conference Player of the Week. After that I have been coaching and training for basketball. Players and parents look to me because I know the work ethic and physicality it takes to perform at the high level.
For strength and conditioning each session will begin with a specific warm up. A warm up to get each client ready for what the session will consist of. The most energy taxing drills/exercises would be at the beginning of the session, and the lesser towards the end. All of these sessions will be based on progression. I will never have a client performing things they are not quite ready for.
