A private session is a 60 minute session where I want to know about you as a player and help you take that next step.
Why do you play basketball? What are your goals? Is there anything you'd like to work on?
Then, after a brief warm up, I'd like to establish a baseline on the specific skill we're going to work on and your tendencies in that skill.
We'll break down the movement, step by step, and work at each of those. Also, we'll discuss supporting drills for you to work on.
Once completed at game speed, we'll add variations in difficulty/directions/tempo to shake up the muscle memory.
