I am a USA Cycling, USA Swimming and USA Weightlifting certified coach. I am the owner of Full Armour Sports and Swim Teams I have worked with athletes of all skill levels, sports and ages. I have coached, directed and assisted at a variety of different cycling teams including the 3x USA Cycling Junior Club of the Year and a Junior European Racing Team. My business and team are directly impacted by my passion for God, youth and athletics.

My athletic experiences includes competing at several national championship events as well as competing out of the country. I have participated in the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Cycling Conference and have spent may years competing in a variety of different sports including swimming, triathlon, rock climbing, speed skating, running, fencing and cycling.

Sessions are planned around your goals. I have experience working with athletes of all ages in a variety of different sports. Sessions can include speed and agility training, strength training, power training, assessments or endurance training.
