I train my athletes from the feet up. We will emphasize footwork, agility, hips, hands and eyes. I help my athletes develop all of the qualities necessary to become successful. I've had the privilege of training with some of the best coaches in the world and have attained a lot of knowledge from them. I believe in keeping the training fun and positive while at the same time getting the most out of every athlete I coach.
