More About Coach Jared

I have helped mentor and coach youth running programs in the past, however today I just enjoy any type of physical activity. Running has always been my passion, whether it is cross country, track and field, or marathon training.

State qualifier in high school cross country, 2 mile district champion, cross country district champion, NCAA D3 all conference cross country. Post college, I competed in the Fort Wayne half marathon, finishing 3rd in a time of 1:14:17. I have a personal best in the 5k of 16:36.

Focus on goal setting, accomplishing those goals, and tips and tricks to improve running. Running is as much mental as it is physical. For some, the goal is breaking a current PR, for others it may just be completing a distance or race for the very first time.
