Being a Strength and Conditioning Coach has been my passion for over ten years. For the last 8 years I have had the pleasure of coaching and training some of the finest high school, college, and professional athletes in Philadelphia. Being successful in this field has enabled me to start my own Fitness Company in 2009;

Assisting an athlete in becoming faster and stronger is the easy part of Strength and Conditioning. It is the increase in confidence that transcends throughout all facets of their lives and, I feel, is the greatest benefit of working with me.

Each hour sessions begins with a dynamic warmup. From there it is very individualized on what I do. Athletes have worked with me strictly in the weight room and also strictly for speed and agility. I make sure every session is challenging but always keeping in mind that injury prevention is the foundation of my program design. I offer many different modalities and use boxing, tires, ropes, and sleds as some alternatives to more traditional strength training techniques.
