Previous Experience: Professional Performance and Wellness Coach at Innovative Performance Institute (Esport - Optic Gaming) 2018. Collegiate Strength Coach at UCLA (Olympic sports) 2014. Session specific warm-up: Dynamic for speed, agility, and conditioning focus. Neural tension and mobility for strength training focus.
Complete primary emphasis of the workout: conditioning specific to sport, strength specific to season (in, off, pre-season). Cool down with focus on mobility, breathing mechanics, and returning to parasympathetic state (calming nervous system to begin recovery).
