More About Coach Jaivairia

Coach J has been coaching Adult & Youth athletes for over eight years (specializing in fitness/sprints/jumps/hurdles). As a Track and Field athlete myself who has competed under the leadership of some of the best coaches in the world, you can rest assured that your athlete will progress. Aside from Track & Field, I have coached Girls On The Run which is where girls train to run a 5k while learning valuable life lessons.

I am a 3x All-American, NCAA Champion, CIAA penthalon record holder, and a participant in the First Annual Allian Pompey Invitation in Lenora, Guyana. In my earlier years I was a triple/long jumper and won many titles in the state of New Jersey.

Training times as of 6/7/22
Mon - Fri 6:30pm
Sat - Sun 9:15am, 10:30am, or 6:30pm

A typical session includes speaking with client about their habits and goals. Then we move into the fitness assessment. Coach J will work with said client and put together a workout plan that will help achieve the client’s fitness goals. (Please note that in order to obtain your fitness goals, your diet must change as well. FREE meal plan included)

FOR TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETES:
45m session: Warm up, dynamic stretching, drills, themed workout (speed endurance), abs, push-ups and cool down.

Once a plan is put in place, workouts will look like this:

-warm up (various drills and dynamic stretching)
-workout (cardio, HIIT Circuit, weights, etc)
-cool down and reflection

Example of drills:
A skips
B skips
Back kicks
Soldier walks
Karaoke
Cycle throughs
Hurdle mobility
Quick hurdles
Cones
Blows outs (build ups)
*all exercises will not be done during a single workout

We then move into the running portion which will be speed work/endurance depending on the client’s fitness goals.

Last portion is our reflection and cool down
