More About Coach Jacob

I have been training HS and also collegiate athletes for 10 years. I have coached at a 6A highschool for that timeframe after previously playing college basketball for 4 years. I have worked with mainly middle school, HS and collegiate athletes. I have an NHSSCA certification as well as USAW. Am currently studying for the CSCS.

specific accomplishments would be winning a state championship in basketball senior year of high school. Also another accomplishment would be playing high school basketball at a high enough level to earn scholarship offers and then continuing to play division II basketball for four years.

Every workout would begin with a dynamic warmup, along with any mobility. Most athletes need workouts that train for specific overload, if they are chasing muscle mass gains as well as power/explosion gains. So most workouts would begin with a power movement and then flow into strength/hypertrophy exercises.
