I have been coaching football for over 10 years (2005). I have coached and trained athletes from recreational pee wee football to High school to professional arena football. I typically work with players from 8 years old to 24 years old. I have a bachelors degree in sports management and currently working on my masters degree now.

Before I take any client/athlete I conduct a player assessment to determine session plans. This consists of a consultation with the player and/or parent, measurements, 1 hour comprehensive drills, and player psychiatric exam. This then will all be compiled within a file then I send it to the player and/or parent to determine where the athlete sits among his peers. We will have suggested personal goals and progressive plan develop skills based on the desires of the players and suggestion from the coach. Every session is position specific and player specific so there is no cookie cutter plan like other programs.
