The game of football has been and continues to be very rewarding for me, and I know I can give you the skills and knowledge to make it rewarding for you as well. After excelling in the high school ranks receiving all area, district and state player of the year recognition, I pursued my career at Georgia Tech. In college, I was nominated team captain, won a conference championship, and earned numerous individual accolades including ACC Player of the Week twice, Defensive Player of the Game seven times, Ted Hendricks Watch List Nominee and played in the East-West Shrine Game. Then I pursued my career professionally,playing with the Buffalo Bills.

Throughout my playing career I have attended and assisted in numerous football camps and academies in which I have conducted different drills and provided physical examples on what the drill is supposed to look like. These events include Flowery Branch high School Future Falcons football camps, Georgia Tech youth and high school 7 on 7 and instructional camps, alongside NFL play 60 events. I specialize in explosiveness out of your stance, hip flexibility, pad level, and pass rush moves with a large emphasis on your hands. Ive also served as a high school defensive line coach and co-defensive coordinator. I also have experience in instructing offensive lineman, tight ends/receivers, and linebackers. A typical training session with me will consist of a stretching circuit before and after the training session, an agility circuit with a quick tempo and an intense teaching period, emphasizing specific moves that feature your strengths and exposes your weaknesses. At the end of the workout, we will speed things up and repetitively work on the different movements that were taught that day to reinforce muscle memory, alongside a plethora of conversations about the mental aspect of the game to prepare you and give you the confidence you need to succeed.
