Initially see where the athlete is at physically, mentally, and emotionally. Give a little series of challenges. Find out where the athletes weaknesses are and slowly turn the weakness into strength.

Start with the player stance and start, help the player determine the difference between a press stance and off coverage. We will incorporate different drills to work on speed, also transitioning in and out of cuts, and work on hand/eye focus. We will also work on hand and foot quickness which is well needed to be a successful wide receiver. I also will help with my players ball skills from wrong shoulder catches to one hand catches

Isiah has been terrific with James! Our son is only in second grade but he plays touch football with friends during school recess and we thought he would like to know how to catch and throw correctly. Isiah has been so good about keeping James engaged and having fun with football. He has the right balance of instruction and play. James is thrilled to play with such a great college player and can't wait to have more lessons!

Excellent coaching skills, he quickly identified key points in my son's stance and level of concentration. He has a plan on how to enable my son to improve his football game. He has my fullest recommendation.

First session! Very good! He is having my son go through exercises, drills, and more that he never did in football!

My son has been working with Isiah for a month now. Sessions have been great and you can see the improvement. Unfortunately football season is over, but we plan to continue.

My son was actually talking about the next session with Isiah. That says a lot when your son brings up that he wants to go to the next session.

Isiah has been extremely helpful in developing my son's football skills from nonexistent to a very high level. My son plays with much more confidence every day; it's truly remarkable to watch his progress from week to week from working with Isiah. I strongly recommend Isiah's training sessions to anyone interested in learning the game of football or looking to improve and take their game to the next level

Isiah is easily one of the most talented and knowledgable coaches I've ever been trained by. But what takes him to that higher level is his passion, warmth and positive attitude. He is a great coach and a great guy.

Isiah is great, my son Cade trusts him completely and looks up to him. He has become a great friend of the family and his coaching has helped my son become a much better athlete.

Our first session with Isiah was excellent. He began with evaluations so that he could determine our son's strengths and weaknesses. Isiah is extremely professional and has an excellent coaching plan. Our son can't wait until his next training session. We couldn't be more pleased!
