More About Coach Isaiah
I currently work as a Performance Coach for professional and high-level amateur golfers. I have been a strength and conditioning coach for 4 years, serving athletes of all ages. I have experience coaching. Track athletes ranging from 6 to 20 years old. I have firsthand experience of what it takes to compete at a high level and the honor to have trained under Olympians such as Tianna Bartoletta and David Verburg. I have connections across the sport and can assist any athlete in receiving college scholarship offers. I also possess a bachelor's in exercise science and a master's in biomechanics from San Jose State University.

The average session consists of a mental/physical check-in, guided warm-up, and individualized workout based on the needs of each athlete. Race planning, conditioning exercises, or mental strategies can all be included. Older athletes will receive college recruiting advice and connections, while younger athletes will learn the fundamentals of proper sprint training.
