Experience coaching grade level to college in soccer, track and field, and volleyball. Experience. Experience in speed, agility, and quickness training, along with sport specific strength and conditioning, weight loss, injury prevention and proper nutrition.

11th Place in women's Pentathlon at 2011 Track and Field Junior Olympics/4 sport varsity athlete/NYS Champion in high school pentathlon/ NYS two time champion in soccer/ Division 1 Women's heptathlete for the Track and Field Team at the University at Buffalo/ Division 1 soccer player at the University at Buffalo.

Once goals are set (following an assessment- which will be the first session) workouts will address the most weak or less confident areas first, then address other goals at the end. Depending on sport, level, and focus levels, workouts can vary in intensity and what areas are worked on.
