I love working with the TRX, kettlebells, agility ladders, speed sac training, and stair climbing. I take my athletes through an active warmup, then we hit the main muscle groups with actions replicating whichever sport they are involved in. Workouts range from indoor strength training in my gym, to training at the track where we do bleacher intervals and tire flipping! I love making the workouts fun for teens, and keeping them engaged every moment. I want kids and teens to know that fitness is fun, and they will see results while having fun.
