I hold both a bachelor of sciences in physical education and a master of sciences in exercise sciences. I am currently finishing a doctorate in applied sport psychology.
I am both, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach with Distinction (RSCC*D).
I am a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and a Functional Movement Specialist (FMS) from the Functional Movement Systems. I have more than 15 years experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
