I have spent a total of 13 years coaching football, with the last 9 being a head coach. I have coached several positions ranging from Quarterbacks to Receivers to Defensive Line to Defensive Backs. During my time as a Head Coach, I was a 3 time coach of the year and turned a program into a consistent state power. I typically work with high school athletes. I am ASEP Certified and have a M.S. in Athletic Administration

My original focus is on conquering the mental game. This is accomplished through finding out where the athlete is at mentally and trying to get them to where they want to go. The mental game is also helping the athlete understand their strengths and how to use these strengths to their advantage. Physical training includes (warm up, footwork, drill work that includes visual training and hand eye coordination. Drills are tailored to athletes skill set. First session will be general drills to asses athletes ability and then a training schedule will be created to maximize their return on investment.
