Experienced teaching adults and kids; USMS Certified Adult swim teacher; ASCA level 2 swimming coach.
I'm currently coaching a competitive master swim team and two pre-competitive teams, as well teaching adults to swim.
Brazilian master top 5 for three consecutive years in long course events such as: 200 freestyle, 200 butterfly and 400 individual medley. International experienced with competitions as a swimmer and coach.
My session is created based on the needs of my clients, whether you need improvement on endurance or technics or even to loose weight we can work on it.
The first session is when I try to identify what do I need to do to help my client with their goals.
