I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Hurdle/Sprint Speciality Coach. I am a Personal Trainer for TMPL Fitness in NYC along with my own business "Fast Lane Fitness". I have coached track and field at the high school level, specifically hurdles, and my hurdlers went on to compete at Nike Nationals, New Balance Nationals, and Adidas Nationals while also achieving county, sectional, and state titles.

To work specifically on hurdle speed and technique with clients, the layout would be as follows:
Warmup:
400m Jog --> Active Stretching --> Dynamic Stretches such as A,B, and C Skips, Butt kicks, High Knees, etc.)
Hurdle Warmup:
Stretches on Hurdles --> Pop Overs --> Fence Lead Leg Power Drills --> Fence Trail Leg Speed Drills
Workout:
3 Hurdles spaced 1 Hurdle closer to force quicker 3 step progression between each hurdle, Varying the heights from lower than normal height, normal height, and "pyramid" height ; starting from 100mH or 110mH start
