Over 30 years of coaching experience in the shot put and discus. I have coached 8 different individuals who have won at least 1 state title in the shot put or the discus at 4 different HS's. I have a teachable progression for the throws that works for all athletes at all schools.

Attended a clinic in July 2020 with the Swedish National throws coach. He coached the Gold, Silver and Bronze medalists in the discus for the 2020 Summer Olympics.
I threw the discus and shotput years ago in HS. Played College football in New Mexico. Since that was over 40 years ago, it really has no bearing on my ability to get results at this point.

After assessing the problem(s), I will design a series of drills and throw sessions to fix the issue(s). Sessions are 90 minutes long to maximize results.
