A client will experience a series of mental cues to use while competing. I believe in mental training along with physical training. If you can mentally picture it you can physically achieve it.
I focus my training on my athletes achieving personal records. I I focus my coaching abilities on athletes looking to run faster times and to improve their efficiency. I believe in perfecting the running form to have no wasted energy. Running form, technique, is stressed and rehearsed.

Coach Greg was extremely helpful & very professional. He used what our daughter had already & helped her improve with better techniques & drills. Looking forward to seeing what results she will get with these updated skills. He was great with his encouragement & patient with her too. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for that edge. Hoping to utilize more sessions over the summer to keep progress going.

Aaron M. (parent of a client at Arbogast Speed Agility) (Testimonial)
Review by a parent of a recent participant. I highly recommend Agility, Power, and Speed training for kids / teens of any age. After just six weeks of training, my ten year old son had noticeable improvement in his sprinting mechanics, and strength. At the first session they have an assessment, and then they do the same drills at the very last session. My son smashed his numbers that he put up in the first session. He was challenged both physically and mentally by the class, but he had fun and loved it. We will be continuing our training with A.P.S.. Aaron M.
