More About Coach Gionni

I am a certified personal trainer from Fresno, Ca. with 15 years of coaching experience. A graduate of Edison High School (Fresno, Ca) my coaching career began in 1995 as a defensive backs coach for the freshman then the JV teams before becoming a defensive and offensive coordinator throughout the different levels of the program. I went on to be a Defensive Backs coach for Merced College (Merced, Ca), West Hills Community College (West Hills, Ca), Sunnyside High School (Fresno, Ca), and McLane High School (Fresno, Ca).

My collegiate career was brief due to a shoulder injury which led me to coaching. I went to Merced College (Junior College) where I earned All Conference Honorable Mention honors as a freshmen free safety. Before the injury in my sophomore season I had an offer from the University of Arizona, and interest from Cal-Berkeley.

Session 1 is an evaluation, about twenty minutes on how to stretch properly. Then we would go through the mechanics of various agility warm up moves. 30-35 minutes in total which we should be able to cut out at least 10 minutes by the third or fourth session. We then find/fix stances and see how they move.
Sessions after start the same as session 1, then go into ladder agility and my specialized change of direction drills.
