I have Division 1 throwing experience and am currently a High School throws coach. I work with Shot Put throwers and Discus throwers.

During my high school career, I collected over 50 medals. I broke 17 Shot Put and Discus records at my high school. Also, I won 5 CHSAA Sectional Championships and 4 CHSAA Intersectional Championships in the Shot Put and Discus. I was invited to throw at the Division 1 Level for the Manhattan College Jaspers, but after my first semester I decided that I wanted to get into coaching instead.

A typical session would include a dynamic warm-up followed by technique drills and throws. We will walk through the thrower's respective technique, assessing areas that require extra attention.

*Sessions will be held primarily at Astoria Park in Queens, NY; however, a secondary training location is Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, NY.
