More About Coach Germany

I've spent the last five years coaching NAIA college football. I have coached multiple positions including Wide Receivers, Defensive Backs and Special Teams. In five years, I coached eight players to spots on the CSFL All-Conference teams which included one selection in 2012, two in 2011, one in 2010 and four in 2009. I've also coached an All American. I spend the offseason recruiting and walking student athletes through the eligibility and application process. I also run strength and conditioning sessions during the summer to ensure the team is prepared for the season. I've worked multiple Division I camps and have supported athletes of all ages.

Since 2009, my receiving corps racked up over 600 receptions, 7,000 receiving yards and 64 touchdowns; the 24 receiving touchdowns in 2011 were the highest since 2004.

I am a former professional football player and member of the 2000 NFL World Champion Baltimore Ravens. I played collegiately at the University of New Mexico where we won the 1997 Western Athletic Conference Championship. In my time there I was a two-time player of the week and a two-time All-Conference honorable mention.

Coaches I take inspiration from are those I have had the opportunity to play for in the past including college coaches Dennis Franchione, Rocky Long, Bronco Mendenhall and Gary Patterson. In the NFL I learned from Jack Del Rio, Marvin Lewis, Rex Ryan, Mike Smith and Brian Bellick.

Each session is individually tailored to the athlete's unique needs.

The first session will include a player assessment to identify key areas of focus. Based on the results of the assessment, I will build a Personal Training Program. The program includes 10/20/30 Sessions plans, have target areas of the player's game that need improvement and drills and exercises that will address key focus areas. The sessions may include: physical conditioning, core strengthening, position drills, film study, speed/agility/quickness drills, combine training, and much more.

I also believe strongly in a home development program. I will provide each player with training exercises and drills to work on at home. This will ensure we meet our target for improvement in a timely manner.

Finally, I will provide a Final Player Assessment by testing the key areas that were targeted and analyzing the results. To get the most out of this program, I recommend a minimum of 12 sessions - with at least two sessions per week.

UPDATE: In about 18 months of weekly training, Coach Germany's training has made my 7th grader an excellent QB. I expect the payoff may be even greater for the long-term due to my son learning the fundamentals from this training. Very happy this has had such results for getting my son where he is now.

Highly recommended! Coach Germany is not only a pro football star, he is a superb coach. He was able to quickly determine the strengths and weaknesses of my two sons' playing techniques. He has worked on the fundamentals with them and has helped them correct a few habits that could negatively effect their future performance. Even though training is somewhat intense, both of my sons really look forward to the training sessions, which says a lot about Coach Germany's style and coaching ability. Both of my sons are young players and it is certain now that this coaching is going to significantly increase their skill levels and the chances for their success.

UPDATE: After some months of Coach Germany training my two sons, their skills have increased rather dramatically. This coach really knows his stuff. Obviously knows football from his NFL career, but he is also effective at teaching it to young players.

Coach Germany is able to quickly assess a athlete's ability and goals, then tailor the workouts to those specific needs. I can see marked improvement in both my son's capabilities and attitude (for the better!)

After 1 session my son and his teammate were both excited and wanted to train more. Germany spent time stretching the boys which is key. Working on footwork and hand-eye coordination went very well. The boys had a great time. We are very pleased with Germany.

My first session was a "let's see if the fit is right". I knew after the first 15 minutes this was the "correct" selection for my son. My son worked harder and was motivated from the very beginning. I was most impressed in the way Germany took time out of his day to watch "Q" play and critique him before his first session.

Both of my sons love the workout and really relate to Coach Germany. We immediately booked a group of sessions because we can see the instant benefit.
After 5 sessions I really see improvement. Along with great fundamentals Germany teaches the game so the athletes can understand why he runs the drills.

Great first experience with Coach Germany!

Coach Germany is AMAZING!! His dedication, insight and passion immediately comes through and allows him to create an instant bond with the player. My 14 year old son has immense respect for him and hangs on his every word, which is not always a given with a teenager! My son and I (and my entire family) felt extremely comfortable with him from the very beginning. After just a short time training with Coach Germany, my son has gained SO much confidence and has played better than he ever has! It's very impressive to see such a quick result and I'm actually pleasantly surprised! When Coach G made time to come to one of my son's games recently, it really meant a LOT to all of us and my son felt like he truly had someone on his side. Coach G seems to focus on the details that most kids would probably overlook, as part of his strategy to create a solid and complete player.
