Football Training Session Plan (90 Minutes)
Level: Youth / Junior High / High School
Focus: Fundamentals, conditioning, teamwork, and game awareness

1. Warm-Up & Dynamic Stretching (10 minutes)
Purpose: Prepare muscles, prevent injury, and boost energy.
• Light jog (2 minutes)
• High knees, butt kicks, side shuffles (3 minutes)
• Dynamic stretches: leg swings, arm circles, lunges, trunk twists (5 minutes)

2. Individual Skill Development (20 minutes)
Purpose: Reinforce fundamentals and position-specific techniques.
• Quarterbacks: Footwork drills, short passes, 3-step drop mechanics
• Running Backs: Ball security circuit, cone agility, handoff exchange
• Receivers/Tight Ends: Route running, catching drills, quick releases
• Offensive Line: Stance, drive blocking, pass protection footwork
• Defensive Line/Linebackers: Shedding blocks, pursuit angles, tackling form
• Defensive Backs: Backpedal and break, coverage positioning
