A normal training session consists of a warm-up, footwork drills specifically focusing on agility and speed. Once that is squared away, we will move on to Offensive Line work (stomp drills, punch drills, pass protection drills, bag drills, etc.) that will hone in on all of the techniques that will make the Offensive Line athlete better. We will finish with flexibility and durability training (PREhab).
