Separation is in the preparation! I strive to enable athletes to reach their full potential through the use of proper technique and drills designed to help each athlete maintain control of their own body. During the first session, athletes will be put through a number of speed, agility, and position specific drills to obtain a baseline foundation. I will then provide feedback and work with every athlete to identify areas of strength, as well as areas for growth. Communication is imperative - I will have conversations with every athlete to understand their goals and aspirations in order to tailor a training plan to exceed them.
Subsequent sessions will build off of the previous session with a particular emphasis on increasing football IQ (e.g. eye discipline, positioning) and improving each athlete's suddenness.
