More than 15 years coaching and training athletes from all sports. I have coached up through junior college level and operate my own gym, Xcelerate Sports Development in Kennesaw GA. I typically work with youth athletes from age 6 through 17. I am certified by International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) Certified Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer,
Certified Tennis Conditioning Specialist, additional certification from International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA)
Certified Youth Speed and Agility Specialist, Certified High School Strength and conditioning Coach, Certified Youth Nutrition Specialist. Certification from National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) Speed, Agility, and Quickness Specialist (SAQ) and USA Track & Field (USATF) Level 1 Coach - currently working on Level 2 Coach certification.

Ashbrook High School - multiple MVPs in football, All-state and All-county in football and track. Up until 2014 you held the 100M and 200M Gaston County record. University of South Carolina - All-SEC DB and 2nd SEC in kick-off return yardage, MVP Defense and Special Teams (Junior Year). Free Agent - Pittsburgh Steelers. CFL - Toronto Argonauts.

For the experienced athlete, I offer High Performance Training which is the premier program for taking athletes to their peak performance, designed for competitive athletes desiring to compete at the highest junior levels. Athletes train 2-3 times per week, 1 hour session each: •30 minutes in an intensive speed, agility, quickness, balance and core strength workout
•30 minutes in a periodized strength training session for developing muscular power, strength, and endurance

I also have plans for all levels of athletes from the beginner to the advanced.
