I’m a former Marine that lives by the Marine Corps core values: HONOR, COURAGE, and COMMITMENT. Those three very important core values have helped me succeed both in life and in the field of athletics. Currently I’m the owner/manager of South Florida CrossFit Endurance. I have been training athletes since 2001 and have had the honor of training elite athletes but nothing makes me happier then training the “average joe/jane” and seeing them go from the back of the pack athlete to the front of the pack elite athlete.

I currently hold the following certifications: CrossFit Level I-II instructor, CrossFit Endurance Certifcation , POSE Running Level I and Level II certified instructor, USAW Level I Sports Performance Certification, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting certification and CrossFit Gymnastics certification.

As your coach, I promise to honor my profession by always being truthful, respectful, and providing you with the latest, most up to date fitness advice available. I promise to have the courage to always do what is right. And I promise to be 100% committed to your success and to provide you with the best support possible!

Lastly, I strongly believe and teach that the ultimate in fitness is the greatest glory one could achieve in life and that with courage, honor, and commitment there is no way you can’t achieve glory.
