More About Coach Everett

My name is Everett Webb I graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2004 with my Masters in Kinesiology, Health, and Study of the Human Body. Upon graduation I was accepted into Stanford University Strength & Conditioning intern program where I worked with over 30 varsity sports teams. After my internship was completed I was offered a coaching position with the Stanford University football team which I gladly accepted. I worked with the defensive backs for the 2005 season. I coached former Stanford University defensive back T.J Rushing who is now the defensive backs coach at Arizona State University. After I left Stanford I moved to Coppell, Tx where I worked at Velocity Sports Performance for over two years. I taught athletes from ages 5-21 years old and I also worked with the adult program (21-55+ years old). I taught athletes proper running mechanics and we also took the athletes through a lifting program. At Velocity, we worked on 3 phase of training which are, Multi-Directional, Acceleration, and Max Velocity. In the weight room, we taught athletes Olympic lifts like the Power Clean, Hang Snatch, Hang Clean, and the Clean and Jerk. We also worked on the core lifts, bench press, squat, incline press, front squats as well as plyometrics. After leaving Velocity I coached high school varsity football at Grace Prep Academy in Arlington, Tx. I coached running backs and line backers the Grace Prep Lions. I'm also a certified personal trainer.

Client Reviews

Coach Everett has been working with my 12 year old son for the past week , could not ask for a better coach .His approach is making my son feel comfortable and want to train .
My only regret is we did not start working with the coach sooner.
Thanks Coach !

Coach Webb trained my son and helped him make the JV football team, and not only did he make the team he became a starter and eventually won Defensive Back of the Year for the Grace Prep Lions.
Everett has been a life coach to my son
