More About Coach Evan
6+ years of coaching experience. Currently Head Age Group Coach of Emmaus Aquatic Club (EMAC). Also previously coached at Northwest Swim Club, Brookside Country Club, Bethlehem YMCA, and Liberty High School. I am also a Certified Level 2 USA Swim Coach.
14+ years of swimming competition experience, 5 time PIAA District 11 place winner and 2 time Liberty High School Coaches Award Recipient. Main events were the 50 and 100 freestyle, but also swam Breaststroke and Butterfly.
I offer both technique and yardage base practices, depending on the individual's skill level and expectations. Depending on skill level and age, I will design a comprehensive workout plan that involved aerobic and anaerobic sets, along with drills that help a swimmer understand body position and improve core stabilization. I enjoy working on all strokes, but specialize in freestyle events (distance and sprint). Please email/message me with any questions regarding my practices, lesson plans, or workout structure.
